Orders and Returns

Change or cancel your order
If you wish to change you mind simply contact our UK based Customer Service team on 08444 12 56 61. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your product has already been delivered you will need to follow our Returns procedure.


What happens if I need to return a product?
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase; however, there may be occasions when you need to return something to us.

Damaged Items (Rejected)
In the unlikely event that your order is visibly damaged on delivery, please do not accept the delivery and enter on the driver sheet "damaged" and reject the goods. Please then inform us so that we are able to arrange a replacement and deal swiftly with the delivery company. PLEASE NOTE: For courier companies to accept liability for damage caused in transit we (Miller Brothers) must inform them of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Therefore, we request that you inform us as soon as possible following delivery.

Damaged Items (Accepted)
If you do happen to accept delivery of goods and discover they are damaged, please inform us as soon as possible following receipt of the goods. Please e-mail or write to us outlining the damage in as much detail as possible, photographs are often a good way to communicate specific damage. We will then assess the damage at our contact centre and in most cases arrange for collection and replacement at your convenience.

Defective Goods
If your appliance develops a fault or becomes defective and is within the stated warranty period the following procedures will apply:

  • Portable Items - These items need to be returned to Miller Brothers for inspection. We will then assess the defect and whether or not repair or replacement is necessary.
  • Major Appliances - Major appliances will be inspected in the home by one of our nominated engineers to ascer tain the nature of the problem. If a fault is found, the engineer will attempt to fix the problem, this may take place in the home or the item may be removed to a workshop for inspection/repair under the terms of the manufacturers guarantee.
  • If the engineer finds that the item cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, we will do so or offer you an alternative such as a refund etc.

Returning Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt for credit or a full refund. We endeavour to refund your money in as little as 5 – 10 working days. Please return any such items in an "as new" and saleable condition complete with all packaging and accessories supplied (excludes software that has been resealed).

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
