Charges

We don’t make any money on delivery, we simply charge what it costs us to deliver your products. The cost of delivery is stated on each product page so there are no surprises when you get to the checkout

Large items

Please be aware that to deliver some large items such American Fridge Freezers you may need to remove door frames and/or unpack the item in order to get it into your house.

Choose your delivery date

Have your new products delivered when it’s convenient for you. You can check available delivery days for any product on our website. Click on the ‘check delivery date’ tab on the product page and enter your postcode to see the available delivery dates for that product. Then simply go to the checkout to book the date that suits you

Installation

We recommend that you arrange installation of any new appliances once they have been delivered. Occasionally a delivery may be delayed due to bad weather or accidents and unfortunately we can’t accept responsibility for any cancellation charges you incur

Delivery FAQ’s

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
If you live in a rural area we may not be able to deliver your products to you as quickly as we would if you live somewhere central. Use our delivery checker to find the next available delivery dates in your area

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will normally be made Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

Yes, we can deliver to a number of addresses outside mainland UK including Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, The Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. Deliveries to most ‘over water’ locations are subject to a premium of £19.99 which applies to your complete order, regardless of the number of items purchased
